Easy Returns & Exchanges

We only want you to be happy. Actually, we want you to bGreen too. We're certain you'll love the products you buy from us. In the totally crazy chance that you're not 100% satisfied with your order from bGreen, we'll happily allow you to exchange or return your purchase within thirty (30) days for a full refund, minus the shipping fees, of course. Shipping and handling charges aren't refundable, and are the responsibility of the customer (that's you!).

Before returning or exchanging your purchase, please email us as soon as possible at returns@bgreenlifestyle.com so that we can issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to make sure your return is handled correctly and quickly. We'd really like to know why you're returning your purchase, so be sure to mention that in your email.

Once in a blue moon you may have received the wrong product from us or a product that was damaged during shipping. Just let us know by sending an email to returns@bgreenlifestyle.com. We'll cover all the shipping costs, and get you a brand sparkling new item, or refund your money if you'd prefer.

If you return a product, be sure to use a service that allows you to track your shipment (we like USPS or UPS), as bGreen is not responsible for items lost during shipment. Please be sure to include your order number, name, address, phone number, and RAN.

A couple items of fine print. All returned items must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. Due to health regulations (yeah, we don't want that pesky swine flu either), items such as pillows, bedding, personal care products, baby products, and cosmetics aren't returnable. Special order items also can't be returned. We made them just for you!



Getting the Goods

There's nothing more exciting than having a package waiting at your doorstep when you get home. We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders will leave our doors within 1 to 2 business days, and ship via your chosen method. If an item you order isn't immediately available, we'll let you know before processing your order. bGreen reserves the right to substitute shipping methods if the delivery time is the same or even faster.
